ICA was established in 1968, to service the mining, metallurgical, and industrial sectors of the Southern African Market in the following areas:
- The supply of Turn Key and Full maintenance of Refractory Brick Linings and chemical and wear resistant ceramic linings for the Metallurgical Industry in particular, the Base Metals, Steel, Non Ferrous, and Cement Industries.
- For the design, manufacture and maintenance of Ultra High Pressure Water Systems from Cleaning of Tubes, Building Plant & Equiptment - to cutting anything from food to steel, marble and demolishing of concrete. Operating pressures are from 150 bar up to 55 000 Psi.
- The supply and assembly of Hydraulic Components and Units
- The manufacture of Shims for the Auto Brake Industry
- Teflon coating for acid, aluminium and heat resistance
The Group has branches, distribution points and technical personnel in Johannesburg, Durban, Cape Town and Potchefstroom in South Africa;
Bulawayo, Kwe Kwe and Harare in Zimbabwe and Blantyre in Malawi.
