TEFLOX has exceptional tensile strength even at elevator temperatures and can withstand high loads without blowout. It is impervious to fluid penetration and will retain useful properties throughout the life of a disc pad.

TEFLOX material is available as a coil or individual shims stamped to customer specification.

TEFLOX anti-noise gasket material is processed under strict quality control in accordance with BS 6374 part 2 as a basis for production control.

All incoming material is tested in our test lab and we are fully equipped to test to ASTM standard for flexibility, durometer trace, compressibility, tensile strength, compression set, hardness, property changes with heat and resistance to oil, fuels and glycol coolants.

Compounding of our co-polymer is performed in our own mixing room under rigid control conditions. We can adjust each formulation to meet the design performance required. Strict documentation is maintained for complete traceability.

After production, TEFLOX batch runs are evaluated to confirm acceptable performance under heat and pressure.
